    Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®) has certified the Big Sky Hoard.

    This Hoard consists of over 220,000 uncirculated Eisenhower dollars that were acquired by a prominent Montana family directly from the Denver Mint and shipped to a Montana bank where they were stored in a basement vault for more than 30 years. In late 2011, Littleton Coin purchased the hoard, named it the Big Sky Hoard and made plans to have some of the coins graded, authenticated and made available to the collecting public.
